Mike Mague's BBQ Sauce

4 pounds of pork ribs
1 cup chopped onions
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup oil (half olive oil and half salad oil)
8 ounce can of tomato paste
1/2 cup of water
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of lemon juice
3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons of prepared mustard
2 teaspoons of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1/4 cup beer (the rest of the can goes to me)

Boil ribs in water with some salt for 30-40 minutes.

In a medium-sized saucepan cook onion and garlic in oil until tender.

Add remaining ingredients and simmer 15 minutes uncovered.

Place ribs on grill basting immediately.

Grill 15-20 minutes turning every 5 minutes.
